FAQs

We will inform you of the abilities of the prospective employee and will connect the prospective employee with one of your current employees for an additional interview upon request. If the employee demonstrates that they do not have the abilities stated prior to placement in their first 48hours we can arrange for a new placement.

The majority of workers that we place speak primarily Spanish, and upon request basic English.

All prospective employees placed are required to have the work authorization documents necessary for employment in the United States. We do not review these documents, however if the prospective employee arrives without necessary documentation for employment we will arrange for a new placement.

We recommend that employers offer housing or arrange for housing for their employees.

The majority of services that we offer are at no cost to the employer.
